Guide to better living
Story
Hey friends
I tossed up whether to do this and thought I'd better put it on facebook to make it real..
Most people can lay off the booze for a month or stumble through a fun run and for this reason I don't usually hit you up for money, however I am calling in an exception for doing a 600m swim, 18km bike ride and 6km run. So far training has had me living in fear of cardiac arrest/getting arms like those alien bike riders in the tour de france/legs like that man-lady from the chinese swim team and/or that I'll start eating raw eggs for no reason... none of which has happened (yet, but all very reason possibilities).
The blood blisters, man hunger, being passed in the pool by 90yos, thoughts that everything in the ocean is a shark, however, has been a reality.
Failing those reasons to handover your money, you can't go wrong by supporting breast awareness in young women.
Many thanks amigos.
xx

McGrath Foundation
The McGrath Foundation raises money to fund McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities right across Australia. Our highly qualified nurses help individuals and their families experiencing breast cancer by providing physical, psychological and emotional support, for free.
From the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment, McGrath Breast Care Nurses are there to help. While over 110,000 families have been supported since 2005, more nurses are needed to meet the growing rate of breast cancer diagnosis in Australia.
With your help, no one misses out on care. Visit www.mcgrathfoundation.com.au to find out more.
