Story
Hi Everyone!
I have just signed up to take part in next year’s Triathlon Pink series!
I will be competing in the Medium course, which is a 200m swim, a 6km bike ride & a 2km run.
This will be my first Triathlon, so it will be a very big challenge for me. I've not really ridden a bike since I was a kid! And I've always had a little bit of a fear of the water, because I never really learned how to swim.
Thankfully, the Triathlon is in March next year, which gives me plenty of time to train for it :) I can't wait to get stuck in to it!
Between now and March, I would like to use this oppportunity to raise some money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
The NBCF is the leading community-funded organisation in Australia raising money for research into the prevention and cure of breast cancer. They recieve no government funding, all funds are donated by the community through fundraising initiatives & donations.
Please dig deep & help me to reach my goal of $250.
